“LuxLeaks” trial to start on April 26

Luxembourg authorities announced the dates of the trial

The trial of Antoine Deltour and the two other men accused in connection with the LuxLeaks scandal –French journalist Édouard Perrin and another ex-PwC employee– will take place in Luxembourg from April 26 to May 4, 2016.

Antoine is notably charged with theft, violating Luxembourg’s professional secrecy laws, violation of trade secrets, and illegally accessing a database; he risks a jail sentence of up to 5 years and a hefty fine.
